Forum Spamming
Forum Post Spamming is the act of making an
excessive
number of unneeded or random postings being made in a forum.
Those who do it may not acctually realise they are doing it.
Examples of post spamming include:
- Users splitting their longer statements
into short ones to increase their number of posts.
- Users making 2 or more short replies
rather than one long one.
- Users making a new post to correct or add
to a previous post they have just made
- Users post short, trivial posts in an
attempt to raise their posting count (which in turn increases their
rank)
Please remember the following when making posts:
- Try to fit everything you want to say into
one post. Don't split your entire statement as 2 or more seperate
posts.
- If you have an afterthought, want to add
something to your post, or
make an error, please use the 'edit' button on the top right corner of
your post.
- Please refrain from posts such as
'thanks', 'no problem' etc.
Though good manners are important, these excessive posts are not
required. If you must thank someone etc, please use the PM Feature.
- Please remain on topic as much as
possible.
Please remember the admin team reserve the complete authority to
moderate any posting. This can include combining all your multiple
posts as one, or deleting trivial postings. This is at the Admins
absoloute discretion, and their decision is final. We thank all members
for their co-operation with this policy.
Users who continually multi-post may face account suspension or
deletion.
PreScreening and Moderating
You acknowledge that we do not pre-screen Content, but we have the
right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or
move any Content that is available via the Forum.
At our discretion, we may:
- Remove any postings of content that we deem may be unsuitable
- Alter postings, including titles, to ensure clarity and ease of
organising
- Move topics throughout the forum
- Close off topics at our discretion
We are not required or obliged to explain our decisions in moderating
the site.

please contact Site Admin, who may negotiate a peaceful compromise.
